Each villa  offers BBQ, elegant lounge area for chilling, fully equipped kitchen, 2 complete bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a tub with Jacuzzi functions) , one service toilet,  three elegant and comfortable sleeping rooms, open gallery (above living area) with extra sofa bed, AC (downstairs), safety systems, bookable for up to six (plus  maximum  one baby in cot) person .

The particular love & attention dedicated by the owners to the structure is reflected by an overall top care of all indoor  and outdoor equipments, pool & garden where the only thing left up to you is to “relax” and enjoy the daily changing colors of the Lake and the magic moments of sunset.

The location, San Zeno di Montagna (province of Verona / Veneto), is a real gem on the Lake: close to hot spots to visit but at the same time embedded in a still traditional and natural environment offering soft tourism and delightful food & wine experiences.

You are invited to all kind of sports: e-bikes can be rented on spot (and safely stored in your own garage), hiking, all kind of water sports are easily reachable and the host will help you for any request.

Culture: no fear to get into the magic and outstanding atmosphere of the lyric operas of the Arena di Verona or have a day visit to Venice or other cultural sites.
