We are the largest Italian producers of Beluga Caviar, and among the largest producers globally. Here, we produce the caviar chosen by the most renowned Michelin-starred chefs, exported to prestigious tables around the world!
We will take you along the banks of our watercourses to show you all the stages of the life of the noble sturgeons that grow in this pristine environment and eventually provide us with their precious eggs. For our Beluga, we wait for perfect maturation for over 20 years.
But it doesn't end there! We will have you immerse in the water with us, wearing waders (fisherman's protective gear resembling overalls), like aspiring Caviar Masters, in direct contact with the nature and life of these wonderful fish.
And then? The tasting, of course!
Royal Experience: Tasting of Royal caviar and smoked white sturgeon.
